Bookings and reservations

A reservation is confirmed once our team has agreed the schedule and issued an invoice. Corporate and government programs are delivered under a separate proposal and scope of work.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in AED and exclude VAT where legally applicable. Invoices are payable in line with the terms stated on the invoice.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule. Sessions cancelled at short notice may be charged in full.

Digital products

Digital editions and downloadable material are licensed for personal use and may not be redistributed or resold.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
