Meaning at Work

About this program

What Meaning at Work does for your people

Strengthen belonging and intrinsic motivation. A 60-120 minutes session for all employees.

Meaning at Work is a 60-120 minutes spiritual wellbeing programme from Nokba Management, delivered as part of the Coreprint Method™ and available to organisations in Dubai and across the UAE. The session works through connecting the daily role to mission and the bigger picture, using practical exercises your people can apply the same week. The outcome we work towards is simple: strengthen belonging and intrinsic motivation. It is designed for all employees, and can be delivered as a keynote, an interactive workshop or a longer series, on site or online. It sits within the Spiritual pillar of the Coreprint Method™ — Meaning, values, purpose and the inner compass.

Every Nokba Management program is built on the Coreprint Method™ — five connected pillars of wellbeing: spiritual, emotional, mental, physical and social. Rather than treating stress, energy or focus as separate problems, we work on the pattern underneath them, so the change holds after the session ends.
